Today we went to find morels but didn't. we did find several other things like cattail shoots and Burdock roots. It was are first time harvesting them so we where careful identifying them.
My family and I like to search through the forests and fields of Central Minnesota in search of wild edibles. This blog will chronicle our learning and discoveries.
